Bulk import a market
Drop in every station's rate card for one market and quarter at once. Each file's call sign is detected automatically (from the card header, then the filename), and the station is created if it doesn't exist yet.
Market, effective date, and escalation apply to the whole batch. Existing stations keep their market/affiliation; only new ones get these.
